Sydney used to be so good with her manners. She is still really good about saying sorry if she does something wrong, but lately she has been speaking in a more demanding tone and forgetting to say "Please." Each time she forgets, I remind her by asking her to use her manners or by giving her the great big eyeball look (yes, mom, it really works so now I don't wonder why you did it to us). As soon as she says please, I respond by saying "that's better." Apparently I have said it too much because now when she forgets to use her manners and I remind her, she replies "Please, that's better." It is too funny.
More funny because now Sawyer is getting really good at saying please and thank-you. She was sitting on my lap tonight and she said "peas, better." I busted out laughing.
