Things I don't want to forget

Jim has been working late the last two nights before we head to the beach for vaction. Tonight was a good night for me to get the girls out so we ran to Old Navy, Target and the shoe store for a few last minute items for our trip. On our drive home, we drove past our usual horse friends and our usual farms. It was so hot and humid today that the odor was really strong. Sydy said "Yucky, stinky poopy." Several times. I giggled and said "Sydy, you're a piece of work." She said "I know."

I busted out laughing.

Soybean's vocabulary is just amazing. She is saying so many words and using several word phrases. Each passing day the girls become even better buddies. They run around laughing and playing together. I mean, really playing together. It is so great to watch. But with that, comes competition. For things, for my attention, etc. I always encourage them to take turns. Sydy always says "Sydney's turn next." Now I hear miss Soybean saying "I turn, I turn." It is so sweet!
