My witty, hysterical, big hearted little girl turned 7 years old yesterday! Last week we took her 7 year old photos on a beautiful, sunny, mild 45 degree day. Today we had a family party and it was barely 5 degrees outside! She had such a fun couple of days celebrating her birthday. On Thursday, I made Rice Crispie treats to take in to her classroom. Friday was their girls' Valentine's Day parties in school. We celebrated her birthday on Friday night with just the 4 of us. Pizza and cake and movie night! After swim practice. Silly girl didn't want to skip practice because she wanted to hand out treat bags to her swim team friends. So sweet.
Today we celebrated with our family. She wanted to have a snowman themed party. The baker made a beautiful snowman cake that put the biggest smile on her face! Pulled pork, party meatballs, mac and cheese, lots of vegetables, fruit and "snow popcorn" were on the menu. All of her favorites!
