A few years ago I found an idea for a family photo cookbook on Pinterest and couldn't wait to start the project with my own girls. They love to bake and help me cook, so I thought what a perfect treasure this would be for them when they are older. A photobook full of our favorite foods and baked good and pictures of them making these items. I also want them to write the recipe cards out too, so they can see their handwriting over the years!
We gifted the girls beautiful aprons for Christmas and got to work immediately after the holiday on our first recipe! They are so awesome in the kitchen. They work well together, do most of the work themselves and have fun making and eating the food!!!!
Energy bites have been a favorite of ours since my friend made them for us for our trip up to camp one summer.
