I figured since I hit the 20 lb mark, it would be worth documenting. Since September I am down 20.5 pounds. Lots of walking, lots of healthy high proteins and lower carbs, very few cheats (which are no longer a craving), and encouraging words from Jim, family members and good friends! I am so glad to be on this path. My goals is to continue for another 10 lbs and then maintain. I was able to maintain most (all but 4 lbs) of the weight I lost before moving from NY. So to be down to this weight is getting me even closer to a healthy weight.
Patting myself on the back for continuing to lose weight during the hardest cheat season of the year!
